BOOKING FEE POLICY.

A £10 booking fee is required for all appointments except Consultations and Patch Tests, paid by credit or debit card via the online booking system. All booking fees are non-refundable, however can be transferred to another appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY.

If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or do not show without prior contact, you will be liable for the remainder of the appointment amount. Should you wish to rebook, you must pay the full amount for the next appointment in advance. Should these outstanding balances remain unpaid you will not be booked back in again.

PAYMENT POLICY.

Booking using my online system you will pay a non-refundable booking fee via debit or credit card, this amount is deducted from the total cost of your treatments or treatments on the day. All remaining payments on the day can be paid via bank transfer or cash before you leave the Salon.

PATCH TEST POLICY.

All Facial Peels require a patch test at least 48hrs prior to the treatment. Please contact me to book this in before your appointment, you can contact me via text on 07599512280 or via DM's on either Instagram or Facebook. Please include your booking details to enable me to schedule your patch test. Failing to book your patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled, you will still be charged in accordance to the Booking & No Show policies.

LATE POLICY.

Please ensure you are on time, Life happens , I get that but however I do still have a schedule for my appointments and need to ensure that my next client will  not be delayed. Anything more than 10 minutes will unfortunately result in the appointment being cancelled and you will be charged in accordance to my Booking Fee & No Show policies.

COVID 19.

Due to the recent and continuing pandemic all clients are asked to sanitise their hands on entering the salon, also on leaving the treatment area.

ALL consultation forms are sent via text and need to be completed prior to your appointment. Also i am required to obtain and keep your contact information for the purposes of NHS Track & Trace, this information is kept for 21 days.

Staff in the salon will be wearing the Government advised PPE.

All treatment areas will be fully sanitised between clients.
